I Couldn't ask for a better experience. They showed up with mask on and Performed the maintenance on my Air Conditioning system that I asked for. They suggested an additional service when I asked them if there was anything I needed to make the system safe during a power outage or surge which I declined at this time. They performed the service in a short amount of time after arriving within a few minutes after the time window started. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services and will use them again when needed. Tim G.

In September 2020, I got three quotes for air conditioning. When Danny came out, he was so stocky he couldn't fit up our crawl space. But he assured me he had gotten what he needed with pictures. Jazz and another came in lowest and I went with Jazz bc of the free Nest. After the contracting was done, and the date was set to do an installation, they called me the right before to say that the job manager looked at the measurements while he was pulling parts and said he couldn't do your job bc it wouldn't pass permit. Remember, Danny who did the measurements, never actually got up into the crawl space. They pulled out of the job with no warning. I quickly called their competitor back (same price) explained what happened with these guys and asked if he could do the job and throw in a free Nest. Yes, he said. He did the job in October. I had the test guy come out in December and now we have our permits. I'm pretty pissed at them for 1) not actually going up into the crawl space to see and 2) bailing so close to install date and 3) not having the right info. In short, they have no idea what they're doing. marisa r.
